Swindon Town are known as ‘The Robins’ and play in the League Two of the English football pyramid. Swindon Town first had a hooped red and black home shirt before switching to their usual plain red, first seen in the early 20th century. Their shirts are presently manufactured by Puma, which have been producing their kits since the 2015/16 season.

A return of some sort to tradition was in the books for Swindon Town’s 2023/24 Puma home. After choosing black last season, the side reverted back to white as the accent colour for the predominantly red kit. This was seen coming from the sleeve cuffs and the front side of the round collar. Tonally popping out from the front side of the body was a graphic comprised of interconnected circles that continuously formed pentagons. They took inspiration from the town’s famed Magic Roundabout.

Lines. lines. and lines. Swindon Town’s 2023/24 Puma away adorned its dark blue base with multiple linear designs. Tonal horizontal ones created a hooped visual, and a lighter shade illuminated the underlaying graphical strands. The pastel gold collar and sleeve cuffs also contained offset pinstriping in the blue shade used for the body. Lastly, using the same shade of gold, diagonal pinstripes signed off the look at the front.

Swindon Town Home 2022/23 KitSwindon Town’s 2022/23 Puma home shirt was mostly red and was defined by the wavy marbling graphic all over the front side. Giving the shirt’s black trims were the sleeve cuffs and collar, both having offset parallel pinstriping along their edges. The choice of black accents was somewhat of a deviation, as the norm was to always have white as the secondary colour detail.

Specifically, the narrow v collar and sleeve cuffs were dark green, and the graphic on the front was of a lighter, faded shade. It produced a subtle display of a checkered pattern accompanied by asymmetric diagonals for a streaking effect.
